I think ethics and morality are similar to a great extent but there are differences as well. Ethics means taking the right action in right time that does not harm anyone. Ethics also mean that the actions which will be taken will always follow the rules and regulations. Any action that had not followed the guidelines will be termed as unethical. Morality means doing the right thing on the accurate time based on own perspective. In case a person thinks that an action is correct, then doing that is morally justified (Mattingly & Throop, 2018).
